WE WORK WITH
RESIDENTIAL AND
COMMERCIAL
TRANSACTIONS
FOR BUYERS
If you are buying a home, you want to ensure that the property is up to code and is a good value for your money – before you sign on the dotted line. That’s why it’s so important to have a qualified home inspector handle this for you.
FOR SELLER
Selling your home? You too need a qualified home inspector to go through your house and property, and make sure there are no safety or code violations. This is designed to protect you throughout the entire home selling process.
FOR AGENTS
As part of any real estate transaction, you know a home inspection is a must. But choosing the right inspector is key. We strive to develop long-lasting business relationships with our area real estate agents for easy communication.
When You Call Us…
There’s a general process we go through when you get in touch that will help us evaluate your needs and come up with a plan going forward. We will ask qualifying questions first, such as:
Type of home (apartment, condo, multi-family, single family)
Age of home
Size of home
Location
Deadline for turnaround
We can accommodate most deadlines, as we understand many of our customers are working within tight windows. Generally, our inspections and reports are done within four to five hours. Scott provides phone consultations, works on short notice, shows up early to all inspections, and makes himself available to clients seven days a week. He inspects and investigates the entire home’s readily and accessible components and systems according to MA and NH standards.
