Owner and operator Scott Napier is a MA and NH licensed home inspector and general contractor with more than 20 years of experience. Over that time, he has performed thousands of residential inspections for buyers, sellers and real estate agents.

Scott Napier has repaired, remodeled and inspected homes for more than two decades. Coming from a construction background, he has an extensive knowledge of the construction and dynamics of homes, and a full capability to identify issues with homes. He has a MA Unlimited Construction Supervisor License and ran his own business for 15 years. In addition, he holds MA and NH Home Inspector License and has performed thousands of inspections.
It is Scott’s goal to provide home buyers with first class service, a thorough inspection, and an informative, detailed report. Buyer education is very important to Scott, explaining the process to his clients in a way that will make them feel comfortable, confident, and informed about the home they are purchasing.
