Working with buyers, sellers, lenders and real estate agents, we offer home inspections that include all systems, such as HVAC and plumbing, as well as the exterior and interior of the house. Part of our inspection may include radon testing, water quality testing and mold inspections.
New construction Inspections
Providing comprehensive inspections for brand new homes, paying particular attention to finishes, flaws in walls, appliances not hooked up, design flaws and unfinished punch list issues. We address any and all issues common to new construction.
Wood Destroying Insect Inspections
From termites to carpenter ants to powder post beetles, we look for these wood destroying insects behind walls, tops of foundations, under decks, behind siding and under stairs. We pay special attention to sills – a particularly vulnerable area.
Building Consultation
